What methods of payment do you accept? TOP
For your convenience, we strive to offer a variety of payment options and we are committed to keeping your confidential information safe and secure.
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal, where you can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account.
If, for any reason, you feel uncomfortable using any of the above options, you can also pay for your order by mailing a money order to the following address. TOP As a business located in the state of Washington, we are required to
collect sales tax (based on the "ship to" address) on any order shipped to a Washington address. If your “ship to” address is outside of Washington state, you will
not be charged sales tax.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
We ship via USPS First Class for domestic shipments and USPS International First Class for international addresses. We try to ship all orders within two business days of placement. Orders received over the weekend, on US national holidays or outside traditional business hours will be processed within two business days of the next business day.
Once we ship your order, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your order online. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from date of shipment for delivery of in-stock items to US addresses. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you of its status within two business days of order placement.

A Note On Shipping USPS: Packages are delivered Monday thru Saturday by the USPS. Signatures are not required as they are delivered to your mailbox or front step. For large orders or smaller mailboxes, please ensure that there is a secure area for packages to be left by the USPS if no one is home to accept delivery. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen after the Delivery Confirmation scan reports the items as “Delivered”. What are your shipping rates? TOP We ship via USPS and will endeavor to ship in the smallest box possible, without sacrificing the safety of your purchases. Our shipping rates are:
envelope (12.5"x9.5"): $5 small box (11"x8.5"x5.5"): $10 large box (12"x"12"x5.5"): $13
When will my backorder arrive? TOP We will notify you within two business days of order placement if an item you ordered is currently not in stock. At that time, we will give you an estimated shipping date. Note that if your order is shipped in multiple shipments based on a backordered item, we will not charge you a separate shipping fee for that backordered item. What is your return and exchange policy? TOP
We want you to love your purchase from Be Truly You! So if you would like to exchange an item or in the rare event that you received a damaged or defective item, please follow the process below:
- Contact customer service at customerservice@betrulyyou.com within 5 business days and write “exchange” in the subject line. Include the following information in the body of the e-mail:
a. First and last name b. Brief description of reason for the exchange c. Order Number d. Product you would like to receive in exchange, including style, quantity, color and size
- We will send you a confirmation e-mail with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must include this RAN on the address label of the return package. Products must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Ship exchanges/returns to the following address via UPS or any other traceable method:

Note that Be Truly You is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you send your package insured with tracking information.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will refund your entire purchase price, less shipping.
Exchanges take approximately 14 days to process from the time we receive your return. We will pay for shipping when sending you the exchanged item.

Unlike most glass bottles you'll find in the marketplace, we are thrilled to announce that our newest introduction --our Metro bottle-- is made in the United States.
We consider this another major achievement, for as a "small business", we currently cannot meet the large
minimum orders required to work with most domestic manufacturers. After years of searching, we've found two... Our Retro 32 oz bottles are also made in the United States, while our Retro 16 oz bottles are made in Canada.
Our Urban bottles are made responsibly in China. Our goal is to have all of our bottles manufactured in the U.S., as close to home as possible. And by
supporting our product, you can help us achieve this goal in the next
few years. Thank you for your support!
All of our bottles are designed by local Seattle artists and printed in North America. Further, rather than standard
screen-printing, we use the highest-quality, ceramic-based, lead-free
paint, which is applied to the bottles and fired at very high
temperatures to ensure the best, most durable application. If
well-cared for, your Be Truly You bottle should last years!

How do I clean my glass water bottle? TOP We highly recommend that you hand wash your Be Truly You glass water bottle. This ensures the best preservation of the graphics.
To wash: just fill with warm water, add a few drops of dish soap, attach the lid, and shake, shake, shake! Rinse well, and you are ready to fill your bottle up again.
Our Retro bottles can be put in the dishwasher if needed, but for best graphic preservation, we recommend hand-washing them. Please always hand wash the lid.
What is the best way to care for your tees? TOP
For optimum care of your shirts, we recommend you wash them in cold water and tumble dry on medium. We are happy to offer shirts that are pre-shrunk, so they will not shrink when washed. Regarding the vinyl lettering, how easy are the words and quotes to install? TOP All the letters in your words or quotes come prepositioned, meaning that the letters, words and designs come properly spaced and aligned to make installation easy. Most come as a single sheet. Where can I install my words or quotes? TOP You can install your words and quotes onto most smooth and lightly textured surfaces, including windows, mirrors, latex-based painted surfaces, computers, notebooks, wood, most wall papers, etc. We do not recommend installing the words or quotes onto surfaces painted with semi-gloss, high gloss or oil based paints, on stained wood (such as paneling), or on surfaces that can easily be removed (velvet wallpaper for example) as your words or quotes may not adhere properly or may not be removed without causing damage to the surface. How long can I store my word or quote before installing it? TOP We recommend installing it soon after you receive it. The longer you wait to install it, the more difficult it will be to install. If you have to store it for an extended period of time, do so in the original package it was shipped in and store it in an area that will not be exposed to excessive heat, moisture, sunlight, dust, or chemicals.
